Intellectual Property
The name "Puntum", the logo, and the event map concept are property of the app creators. Use of our brand without authorization is not permitted.
Responsibility for Events
Puntum is a platform that facilitates the visualization of third-party events (such as Ticketmaster and OpenWebNinja). We are not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes, or the quality of events organized by other companies or artists.
Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content and Conduct
Puntum has a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal content, harassment, bullying, hate speech, violence, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, or any abusive conduct within the application. We reserve the right to remove any objectionable content and to suspend or permanently delete the accounts of users who violate these rules, as well as to cooperate with authorities when necessary.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify the app's features or newsletter benefits according to the project's development.
