Intellectual Property

The name "Puntum", the logo, and the event map concept are property of the app creators. Use of our brand without authorization is not permitted.

Responsibility for Events

Puntum is a platform that facilitates the visualization of third-party events (such as Ticketmaster and OpenWebNinja). We are not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes, or the quality of events organized by other companies or artists.

Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content and Conduct

Puntum has a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal content, harassment, bullying, hate speech, violence, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, or any abusive conduct within the application. We reserve the right to remove any objectionable content and to suspend or permanently delete the accounts of users who violate these rules, as well as to cooperate with authorities when necessary.

Content Moderation

From any chat, event or profile you can report objectionable content by choosing the "Report" option. You can also block any user; once blocked, they can no longer message you and their content is immediately hidden from your screen.

Reports and blocks are logged automatically and linked to your account so they can be investigated.

Before publication, user-generated content (events, messages and profiles) is automatically screened against a list of offensive language. Content that violates this policy is not published on the platform.

We review every report within 24 hours of submission. When we confirm objectionable content or abusive conduct, we remove the content immediately and suspend or permanently ban the user who posted it.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify the app's features or newsletter benefits according to the project's development.
